Vision Quests

A Vision Quest is a ritual of passage to find one's self spiritually and your life direction 

A Seeker will go on a personal spiritual quest alone in the wilderness under the guidance of the medicine person.  During your Quest Guides will appear in your visions and dreams. A Vision Quest may include fasting, singing and being sleep deprived.  The technique uses a ritual of cleansing and purification.
